Professional
They are a rare breed. Athletes who have pursued a lifelong dream to be the best, work when others relax; train harder then anyone else; and have a passion to work through struggle and competition that expects nothing less than 100%. Our professional program works closely with athletes in their off-season to make changes to their physique, correct flaws from previous seasons, work through the season generating bumps and bruises to produce a healthy individual to last longer and be better than last year's product. Professionals seek ISC's quality, private atmosphere and personal attention that has built its reputation to give the best opportunities for athletes to be successful. Its access to equipment and training, professional instruction and full amenities help to make off-season workouts less of a chore and more effective.

Collegiate
Junior college, NAIA, Division 3, 2 or Division 1 has one expectation. Be the best at what you do. Our collegiate programs take athletes with little time and transform them into powerhouses in their own right. Each program is specific to the needs of the athlete. Training begins with a personalized assessment of the athlete's needs including timetable for training, nutrition and review of existing strength and conditioning programs for their respective program enrolled. Athletes know whether on scholarship or not, the chance for success on the pyramid climb to the top is solely based on their ability to work hard, learn quickly and make the most of the available time. We know our athletes have much riding on the ability to perform at the next level and we continue to push and raise their levels of performance, keeping them healthy and strong throughout to see them return each off-season for the next expectation to be the best.

Prospect
Prospective athletes know their player performance is on the line and they are looking for the most effective training program with the quickest results. Expectations are high and athletes are preparing for the opportunity to make a big impact at the next level which ultimately lies in their preparations for the next season. Our performance programs for elite athletes combine the best players of the area and their respective sports into one program to bring out the best competition and drive for success. Athletes work to heighten their strengths and perfect their weaknesses all while reducing the risk of injury throughout. ISC takes athletes out of season into the core of their season and keeps them in their prime throughout for the best results around.

Team Training
Our team training takes athletes of all ages, all sports and all seasons and trains athletes to be stronger, faster and better conditioned than other teams in competition. From collegiate teams, club teams, travel ball and recreational city teams, ISC provides levels of training for athletes in any stage of play. Team training is a great way for coaches to evaluate players away from the playing surface. Athletes develop agility and coordination in mixed performance training. Our programs focus to bring every athlete's level up a notch. Acceleration, lateral quickness, power, strength and reaction all attribute to better athleticism. ISC team training is specific to every team's needs. Each program is designed to target the team for overall player performance. Conditioning, speed, agility, preventative flexibility, plyometrics and weightlifting are all options within our team programs. We want the coach to focus on the X's and O's while we push the athlete to the next level of performance. The off-season begins now! Train smarter! Train better!
