Joe Sanchez, the co-owner of Inland
Sports Center in Rancho Cucamonga, said he wished a sports
performance gym had been around when he was playing Little League.
Now he deals with parents who have come to expect specialized
training.
"They're asking for a facility for their kids to get better,"
Sanchez said. "They're looking for private instructors, and they're
looking for any advantage they can get for their kids, to get their
name out there, whether to a coach or Division I recruiters."
