Personalized sessions are designed to target the complete
athlete/individual. Thorough assessments are made at the start of
any program to identify and review the necessary steps to achieve
the specified goal. Each program is specific to the individual
training including physical conditioning/training, recovery process
and nutrition. Our staff create a checklist for success identifying
the keys for any one program, including personal goals, length of
program, time management of program and secondary phase of
prescribed program. It is important that anyone who participates in
a personalized program understands the value of education and the
steps to create positive behavioral patterns, good decision making
skills and responsible to themselves and the process. Our focus is
to make any person confident and develop good mechanics and a
willingness to be pushed towards the goals set.
