San Diego State Baseball Camp

ISC's hosted its 1st summer baseball camp August 18th-21st. Lead instructors included Coach Mark Martinez and Coach Rusty Pilter of San Diego State University. The first two days were held on field covering everything from defensive drills and alignments, baserunning and hitting mechanics. The participants then came indoors at ISC's facility to elaborate on the many defensive and offensive skills that were covered in the beginning of the week. Athletes worked closely with the SDSU coaching staff as well as all of ISC's staff which included Jordan Swaydan of SDSU (Director of Baseball Operations), Coach Mike Sweeney (Hitting Coach- Orange Luteran) and Dave Coggin (USC- Asst. Pitching Instructor).
