Inland Sports Center is proud of every athlete that has committed to being better at their sport. Our programs will make you faster, stronger and more agile, but the athlete has to want to work hard. The success that follows training needs to be earned and with every ounce of sweat our athletes know that they can be the next champion.
NICK LASHER- 8 yrs. old, Norco JAAF

Dear Inland Sports Center,
I want to thank you so much for the training that my son Nicholas Lasher received from Andy Hennebelle and Greg Reese. Nicholas is 8 years old and started training on July 1st, 2008 for football. He had to lose 10 pounds by August 23rd to make his weight bracket. Nick trained three times a week for 6 weeks. Nick also has allergy asthma that flares up when it gets too cold or if he does a lot of running. With diet and the training program that Andy has customized, Nicholas achieved his goal and lost the 10 pounds. He has not had to take his medicine as much as last year and in fact I have not given it to him for at least a month now. The program is amazing and has given Nick the confidence he needed to succeed. Nick is the first kid on his football team to finish his sprints and has so much energy compared to last year. Also, the parent workout classes are fabulous. I miss everyone and need to get back at it. Thank you so much and we will be back for Baseball training!
Thank you!
Blessing Heather Lasher
Chino Hills JAAF- Allan Alvaro, Kyle Detillo, Matthew Gozzip, Jacob Parga, Gordon Smith, Austin Vela

Joey, I wanted to thank you for all that you have done. In the kids that were able to come up and make the drive regularly to ISC it has already begun to pay off. Those kids are so far along in drills, speed, agility and stamina it's unreal. I see it in, Allan Alvaro, Gordon Smith, Matt Gozzip, Austin Vela, Jacob Parga, and Kyle Detillo. Gordon has shown the most significant improvement and I can say in large part that is due to the training that you have provided him. Gordon is slim, quick and more explosive and has made the move from tackle to guard. I think that it's important you know this...Thanks! Thanks for sponsoring the league and for all of your support.
Thanks, Coach Frank Del Campo
Vineyard Little League President and Board of Directors
Joe and Mark: On behalf of Vineyard Little League and members of the board of directors I would like to take this opportunity to thank ISC and both of you for sharing your impressive facilities and for your generosity. Your facility offered a perfect setting for our young players to demonstrate to our managers their skills and abilities for the recent spring tryouts. In spite of the recent weather conditions our area had experienced and because of your kindness, ISC made it possible for the remaining minor and major division players to tryout for the upcoming spring season and prevent our league from having to postpone our tryouts and possibly have to re-schedule the initial start of our season.
Dear Andy:
I am writing to thank you for helping me reach my workout goal of benching 405.
When I started in May 2010, you asked me what were my goals. I told you that I had two goals: (1) I wanted to bench 405 and (2) I did not want to aggravate my "frozen shoulder."
You assured me that you could help me reach my goals and that I would bench 405 by September 2010.
I told you that 405 by September 2010 was impossible. I was 47 years old and benching 295. Three years before I had benched 385; however, I had never benched over 315 subsequently. I told you that I was older and my body took longer to recover; it would take two or three years to reach my goal.
On September 17, 2010, I benched 405. I have been trying to accomplish this goal since approximately 1980!
Training with you for 4 months allowed me to accomplish a goal that I have been chasing unsuccessfully for almost 30 years. While I had been close to achieving my goal in the past, it always seemed to be out of reach.
After working with you for the past 4 months, I am confident that you can help anyone reach their fitness goal if they are willing to work your program. I would strongly recommend you to anyone who is serious about reaching a particular fitness goal.
Thank you for everything.

Hi Andy,
I wanted to say thank you for working with Connor Bess (13 yrs old) and Eddie Mosqueda (16 yrs old), my sons, with speed/agility/strength. This has been a great program and the boys feel pushed in a positive direction! They speak very highly of all the trainers, but in particular you and Mike (Anderson).
Thanks again!
Roscoe Bess
My son has been training there for about a month now - Matt and the rest of the team are dedicated, committed, and provide excellent hands on instruction.

Inland Sports Center has improved my daughter's game and athletic abilities. Last year she was 8 and playing with a 10u softball team. She throws harder and hits more confidently than most girls on her team. Andy is top notch when it comes to training and agility work. Very clean facility too! ISC please keep up the good work and professionalism at your facility. Thanks!

Been going to ISC with my son Michael for about 3 or 4 years now. He has been on the travel ball teams as well in the work out programs with the famous Andy. We love the program they offer. The staff is very friendly..Not to mention Mark and Joe are really great people. This program has helped teach my son not only about the game of baseball, but how to be a team player and take pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone involved in fitness or sports.
