Our Performance program is a dynamic, ground-based training class designed to enhance the three fundamental movement patterns—linear, lateral, and vertical—that are crucial for athletes in any sport. Through focused drills, athletes will refine their technique, eliminate unnecessary movements, and improve their efficiency, making them faster and more agile on the field.
